Working Principle Of Wet Ball Mill

During operation, an appropriate amount of water needs to be added into the grinding chamber of the wet ball mill. Besides, the grinding chamber is also filled with steel balls of different specifications. After raw materials enter the grinding chamber through a hollow journal at one end, the steel balls produce impact force and friction force on the material with the rotation of the cylinder to realize pulverizing. Along with the continuous feeding, raw materials that have entered first begin to move to the other end. The qualified materials will finally get out of the grinding chamber from the discharge port. The unqualified materials will be sent back to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
