
VIBRATORY BALL MILL
The ZM series vibratory ball mill, also known as vibration ball mill, is a new type of energy-saving ball mill grinder. It is mostly used for processing fine powder and ultra-fine powder, and it can realize both dry grinding and wet grinding. Vibration ball mills have the advantages of high vibration intensity, high grinding efficiency, low power consumption, low noise, compact structure, and convenient installation. Compared with traditional ball mills, the grinding efficiency of the vibration ball mill is increased by 2-5 times and the energy consumption is reduced by 20% – 30%.
Vibratory ball mills use high-frequency vibration to make grinding media in the cylinder produce inertial impact force. Raw materials are ground under the impact. The grinding media is usually φ16~φ36mm steel ball or steel rod. After carburizing and quenching, their hardness can reach above HRC55. When the feeding size is more than 15mm, we’d better choose large-sized steel balls or steel rods. When the feeding size is less than 15mm, the smaller-sized steel balls or steel rods are the best choices.

The vibrating ball mill is widely used for fine and ultrafine powder processing in the mineral processing industry, building materials industry, metallurgy industry, electric power industry, ceramics industry, refractory materials industry, glass industry, chemical industry, food industry, etc.
VIBRATORY BALL MILL STRUCTURE
The vibration ball mill is mainly composed of the underframe, body support, noise enclosure, grinding cylinder, vibration exciter, lining plate, elastic support, grinding media, driving motor, etc.

The motor drives the eccentric block in the vibration exciter to rotate through a flexible coupling so that the vibration exciter generates enough exciting force, making the grinding cylinder produce high-frequency vibration. With the vibration of the cylinder, the grinding media and material inside can move in three ways:
When the ball mill cylinder vibrates, the grinding media rotates constantly and produces a strong impact force. Materials are ground finely under the impact of grinding media and gradually move to the outlet direction. After the grinding process is completed, fine powder is discharged from the outlet port.
