MINI BALL MILL WORKING PRINCIPLE

The mini ball mill is mainly composed of the feeding part, discharging part, cylinder body, transmission part (motor, reducer, electric cabinet, and pinion), lining plate, grinding media, etc.

The small ball mill is usually a horizontal grinding machine with two grinding chambers. It rotates around the central axis during operation. Materials are evenly entered the first grinding chamber through the quill shaft. This chamber contains stepped lining plates or corrugated lining plates and grinding media of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation brings the grinding media to a certain height and then falls, resulting in heavy hitting and grinding effect on the material. After the coarse grinding in the first chamber is completed, materials are fed into the second chamber for further grinding. Then they are sent out through a discharge device.
