CONTINUOUS BALL MILL STRUCTURE

The continuous ball mill retains the structure of the traditional ball mill, including rotary cylinder, transmission part (motor, reducer, electric cabinet, pinion, and gear wheel), feeding part, and discharging part.

After materials enter the cylinder from the feeding end, they are lifted to a certain height with the grinding medium by the rotation of the cylinder. Then, due to the influence of gravity and inertia, they fall along the parabolic trajectory and impact with each other inside the cylinder, forming a cycled grinding and mixing process. With the increase of materials, the ground materials gradually move to the discharge end and discharged out of the ball mill.
