BATCH BALL MILL STRUCTURE
The batch type ball mill is mainly composed of the feeding part, discharging part, cylinder, transmission part (reducer, driving gear, motor, and electronic cabinet), end cover, bearing, etc. Each component is complementary and inseparable.

The batch ball mill is a kind of horizontal cylindrical ball mill. It has two grinding chambers, belongs to the grate discharge ball mill. Raw materials enter the first grinding chamber evenly through the feeding device. This chamber is equipped with stepped lining plates or corrugated lining plates and steel balls of various sizes. When the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force will be generated to bring the steel ball to a certain height and then fall, resulting in a heavy impact on the material to achieve the purpose of grinding. After finishing rough grinding in the first chamber, the material enters the second grinding chamber. This chamber is equipped with plane lining plates and steel balls for further grinding of the material. When all the grinding processes are completed, the powder material is discharged through the discharge grates.
