CEMENT BALL MILL
A cement ball mill is a kind of ball mill grinder. It is mostly used for grinding cement clinker and raw materials in cement plants and is also suitable for grinding various ores and other grindable materials. Cement ball mills can be applied in the open-circuit grinding system and the closed-circuit grinding system. If combined with the roller press, productivity will be greatly improved.

Cement Ball Mill Types
II Common cement ball mill
This type of cement ball mill is commonly used in the closed-circuit grinding system. It is characterized by high grinding efficiency, large output, and small power consumption, especially when grinding slag cement, the performance is more prominent. The output of the common cement ball mill is effectively increased by 15-20%, and the power consumption is reduced by about 10%. In addition, the finished product temperature is reduced by 20-40 ℃, and the product fineness is easy to adjust.
II High-fineness cement ball mill
This type of cement ball mill is mainly used in the open-circuit grinding system. It is characterized by a simple structure, small investment, and a small floor area. The fine grinding chamber is equipped with an activation device, and the grinding tail is set with special discharge grate plates, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency.
OPTIONAL GRINDING MEDIA
The grinding media is filled in the grinding chamber and plays a key role in the pulverizing process of cement clinker and raw materials. The cement ball mill produced by AGICO can load grinding media of various materials and shapes, such as:
Ceramic ball: its main material is aluminum oxide, which is the same as the ceramic lining plate.
Steel ball: it can be divided into high chromium, medium chromium, and low chromium steel balls.
Steel rod: it is used for grinding fine-grained materials.
